Corruption is...simply put, when a sword's spirit becomes corrupted. Typically it's caused by going against why the saniwa manifested us in the first place. If we try to alter history due to personal feelings...ah well, it's not advised.

However, if that's a worry... I think you're capable of finding a way to make yourself happy while avoiding it.
Sometimes you just have to wait it out, you know? But patience like that pays off - but if you ever feel lonely or frustrated about it you can always come to me to chat, if that makes you feel any better.

It's a long mountain climb, but if you fall then you'll find yourself at the bottom again. So it's best to keep climbing.

He'll sip his tea prior to smiling at the vice-captain...he may think he's not a very good conversationalist or a conversation partner but Mikazuki has never had any real trouble with it?
